This 55-minute Pelvic Floor Barre session is a guided, full-body practice designed to help you reconnect with your pelvis, hips, and core through gentle, incremental movement. Rooted in somatics, biomechanics, and therapeutic dance principles, this class blends mobility, stretching, breath integration, and functional strengthening to support optimal pelvic health.
